DMCA Policy

At nokr.in, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to any valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable laws.

This DMCA Policy outlines the process for copyright holders to submit claims of infringement and how we respond to such claims. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on our website without proper authorization, please follow the steps outlined below to file a notice.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on nokr.in infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough information to allow us to locate it (e.g., a URL or specific page link).

  • Contact information of the complaining party, including a name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send all DMCA notices to the following contact email:

📧 info@nokr.in

We recommend sending your notice via email for quicker processing. Once a valid DMCA notice is received, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA complaint was removed in error or is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Counter-notifications should also be sent to:

📧 info@nokr.in

Once a proper counter-notice is received, we may reinstate the removed content after 10 business days, unless the original complaining party files a court action against the content provider.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. If we receive multiple DMCA complaints against a user or contributor, we reserve the right to remove their content and block their access to our services permanently.

4. Good Faith Notice

Please note that submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notice can result in legal liability. Please ensure your claims are made in good faith and are accurate.
