Job Description
As the Workplace and Employee Experience Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing Coursera’s employee-focused programs across the APAC region. This role reports to the Manager of Workplace & Employee Experience and aims to foster a thriving culture and engaging environment for Courserians. Your work will impact employee events, onboarding, office operations, and global coordination efforts.
You will support large-scale projects, manage survey feedback and results, oversee office logistics, coordinate with IT, and facilitate APAC-based programming. From tracking equipment to managing event budgets, your efforts will shape meaningful employee experiences both onsite and virtually. The role demands excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration.
